Exchanges and returns

We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.

Products that can be returned

  • Unopened, unused products in their original packaging with seals intact.
  • Products that arrived faulty or damaged, or that don't match what you ordered.

Products that cannot be returned

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been unsealed or used after delivery (intimate toys, lingerie, cosmetics, lubricants, condoms, etc.), as permitted by EU consumer law.

How to return a product

  1. Email us at sexshop@toys-n-us.com with your order number, the product and the reason (optional).
  2. We'll reply with instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the product well protected in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the product, we'll refund you within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method you used. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or the mistake was ours.

If your product arrives faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll fix it (exchange or refund) at no cost to you.
