Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Toys "n" Us , represented by Vânia Raquel Pinto Marques, Tax Identification Number 241523044, with registered office at Estrada de Travanca, 161 - 4520-810 Travanca, and contact email sexshop@toys-n-us.com , hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store", and any person wishing to make purchases through the Online Store, hereinafter referred to as the "User".

The parties agree that purchases made through the Online Store shall be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any previously available terms and conditions on the Online Store.


ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE
These general terms and conditions of sale aim to provide and define all the necessary information to the User regarding the order, sale, payment, and delivery of purchases made through the Online Store.
These conditions govern all steps required to place an order and ensure proper follow-up between the contracting parties.


ARTICLE 2. ORDER AND BILLING
The User places an order through the Online Store's purchasing process by adding the desired product(s) to the shopping cart.
To submit the order, the User must:

a) Register in the Online Store by providing the requested information;
b) Log in (using the email and password chosen during registration);
c) Complete all necessary information (shipping and billing address, shipping and payment method, tax number and name for the invoice).

The final confirmation of the order constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these General Terms and Conditions.

Orders are accepted subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, the Online Store undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

The invoice data is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be changed.

Orders are valid for 2 days, unless promotional campaigns indicate a different deadline. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled.


ARTICLE 3. PAYMENT
Available payment methods include Multibanco, Mbway, and Payshop, processed by Ifthenpay ( https://ifthenpay.com/ ).


ARTICLE 4. PRICES
All prices are displayed in Euros, including all applicable taxes, and reflect the VAT in effect at the date of payment.

In the event of a price increase, the User will be informed and may choose to cancel or proceed with the order (by paying the difference).
Price reductions (sales, promotions, or clearance) will be clearly identified, including the duration and, where applicable, communication to the appropriate authorities.


ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery is carried out by DPD or another similar courier service.
Shipping costs are calculated before the order is finalized.
The Online Store ships to all regions worldwide.


ARTICLE 6. COMPLAINTS
Consumers may contact the Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center (see the "Dispute Resolution" section of the Online Store) or fill out the official Complaints Book (available in the relevant section).


ARTICLE 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, the User must send a written communication via email or registered mail to the address listed in the Preamble.

A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the User.


ARTICLE 8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the cases outlined in Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods;

  • Sealed products opened after delivery for health or hygiene reasons;

  • Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, among others.


ARTICLE 9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with intact packaging and labels.
For exchanges, the customer must return the product and place a new order.

Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of error or defect attributable to the Online Store.
Items on sale, promotion, or seasonal (eg, Christmas, Halloween) cannot be exchanged or returned.


ARTICLE 10. PRIVACY POLICY
The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy defined in the Online Store.
