Is the package discreet?

Yes. We ship in a plain box, with no logos and no reference to the contents or the store.

How long will my order take?

To the Spanish mainland, usually 24-48 business hours. See all delivery times on Shipping & delivery.

When is shipping free?

In Spain and Portugal, from €69. For the rest of Europe, check the shipping table.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely by credit or debit card and with PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

What will appear on my bank statement?

A generic charge, with no description of the products you bought.

Are the products original?

Yes. All products come from official distribution in Europe and comply with EU regulations.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days, as long as it is unopened with seals intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. More information on Returns.

How do I clean and store my toys?

Wash them before and after each use with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Dry them well and store them separately, in their pouch or box, away from sunlight and heat.

Which lubricant should I use with a silicone toy?

A water-based lubricant. Silicone lubricants can damage silicone toys.

Do I need to be of legal age to buy?

Yes. This store is intended exclusively for people over 18.
